Complex Administrative Hearings | Erik Swenk
From public-assistance matters to high-stakes disability cases, a wide docket builds judgment and steadiness.
My office handles a wide variety of program hearings, and I have either presided over or supervised many of them.
That work has included SNAP benefits, Medicaid, cash assistance, administrative disqualification hearings involving alleged fraud, benefit recovery matters, and Agency for Persons with Disabilities cases. Some of those matters involve significant services and high amounts in controversy.
That range of hearings has meant broad legal exposure, high-volume case management, and experience with both routine and highly contested disputes.
I am proud of that depth of experience and the steadiness it requires day after day.
