After three years as a Hearing Officer, I was promoted to Hearing Officer Supervisor and have served in that leadership role for more than six years.

I supervise a team of hearing officers who preside over various administrative programs. Beyond reviewing hearings and orders, I provide training and guidance to hearing officers across the State of Florida.

When supervisors or hearing officers face complex or novel issues, I am often the person they turn to for guidance.

Leadership, mentorship, and accountability are responsibilities I take seriously — in the office and in the community.
